Monterey Hotel Features and Policies

Check-in time

Check-in time is 3 pm. If you arrive before that time, we have an area where we can store your luggage if your room isn't ready.

Check-out time

Check-out time is 11am. If you want to stroll around Monterey and won't be leaving until later in the day, we will be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart.

Internet Access

Wireless Internet Access is available in the rooms at Monterey Hotel

Parking
Self parking is available one block from the hotel at a minimal fee. Valet parking is also available at rate of $17.00 per day (rates are subject to change). There is a reserved pick up and drop off zone at the main entrance to the hotel.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Concierge service

Our front desk staff will be happy to tell you about the local attractions and events.

Travelers' checks

We accept travelers’ checks with the appropriate identification.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center on 1-800-966-6490 or 1-831-375-3184. We cannot accept cancellations made by E-mail.
