Oregon Garden Resort is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is not allowed in or around the buildings. The Resort does not have any designated smoking areas.
Credit cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
Pets Pets are welcome in designated pet rooms for a nominal fee. Pets are welcome in the outdoor dining section of the restaurant. Please tell us how many pets you are bringing and select a pet friendly room from the available room types when you make your reservation on-line.
Concierge service Our front desk staff will be happy to tell you about the local attractions and events.
Garden Admission We do not issue rain checks for garden admission. Garden admission tickets are issued for admission into The Oregon Garden during your stay at the Resort
Pool and Hot Tub
The hot tub is open year round. The outdoor pool
is seasonal and is open Memorial day weekend to Labor day weekend.

Internet Access Internet access is available in the guest rooms or at the Business Center
Travelers’ checks We accept travelers’ checks with the appropriate identification.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center on 1-800-966-6490 or 1-805-927-2267. |
