After finding the perfect purchases, make your way towards Santa’s House where the kids can deliver their Christmas wish list to the big man himself while you snap an adorable photo. Silverton Christmas Market | November 17 - December 31, 2023 (closed Nov. 22-23 & Dec. 24 - 25)

Located in historic Silverton, Oregon, just an hour south of Portland, the Silverton Christmas Market is an intimate, charming event in the Pacific Northwest. Featuring more than a million lights, a snowless tubing hill, pictures with Santa, live music in the Biergarten, German-inspired cuisine and drink (including gluhwein) and an authentic German market with artisan vendors. This year's event features a bigger and better light path, new displays, more local vendors, new food items and more! 

The overnight package at the Oregon Garden Resort includes:

• Entry to the Silverton Christmas Market for each person on the package
• Parking at the Resort for one vehicle

Cambria Christmas Market | November 24 - December 23, 2023 (open most dates)

The Cambria Christmas Market is entering its 12th season and is preparing for the largest event yet in charming Cambria, California. This joyous holiday experience is perfect for all ages, featuring more than two million lights, train rides, pictures with Santa, live music in the Biergarten, tasty food and treats and handmade gifts and imported German goods at the authentic German market. 

The neighboring Cambria Nursery and Florist will also participate in the festivities, with thousands of lights, a Christmas Museum and plenty of shopping opportunities, including imported German Christmas collectibles and ornaments.

Last year, tickets and overnight stays sold out before the event began, and this year, tickets and packages are going faster than ever! Don't wait to book - all weekend dates are close to selling out. Visit on a weeknight and enjoy shorter lines and take your time strolling through the light displays.

Cambria Pines Lodge: Stay just steps from the action, some hotel room decks even overlook the lights! Large suites for the whole family and pet-friendly rooms are available. 

Sea Otter Inn: This charming Inn across from Moonstone Beach is a quick shuttle ride to the light display.

The J. Patrick House & Inn: Across the street from the light display, this is the perfect location for couples or solo travelers.
